Problem
Launching Odoo's partnership with Expand in Saudi Arabia required more than a standard software demo. The goal was to open a major expo with a narrative that aligned Odoo’s ERP technology with the Kingdom’s "Vision 2030" transformation. The challenge was to visualize intangible concepts AI, automation, and data integration in a dynamic, high-energy format suitable for a massive LED event screen.
Solution
We developed a kinetic "Keynote Opener" that serves as the visual manifesto for the "Saudi Smart Era." Utilizing After Effects for advanced UI animation and kinetic typography, we visualized the Odoo ecosystem as a living digital brain. We blended cinematic footage of Riyadh’s business district with stylized data visualizations, creating a seamless flow from the national vision down to the specific software modules (HR, Finance, Operations).
How do you visualize the pulse of modern business?
For the Odoo x Expand launch, the brief was clear: move from "Vision to Action." This wasn't about showing menus and buttons; it was about showing flow, speed, and connectivity.
I approached this project as a rhythm-based motion piece. Using the script's cadence ("From design... to implementation"), I synchronized abstract data lines and glowing circuit animations to represent the AI and automation capabilities of Odoo.
A key technical challenge was designing for the venue: the final composition was optimized for a large-format LED Stage Wall, ensuring that the typography was legible from a distance and that the "Event Key Visual" (the ocean/planet background) looped perfectly as a holding screen for the speakers. This project bridges the gap between corporate messaging and high-end broadcast design.
