Designing absolute prestige. A 3D visualization of the VIP Majlis dedicated to hosting the Royal Family during the University's inaugural ceremony.

Problem
The Zayed Military University prepared for a historic graduation ceremony attended by the highest leadership of the UAE. The challenge was to design a temporary VIP holding area, a "Royal Majlis" that balanced military austerity with the supreme luxury and hospitality required for Royal protocol. There was zero margin for error; every material, lighting fixture, and seating arrangement had to be visualized and approved with absolute certainty before construction began.
Solution
We delivered a photorealistic "Digital Twin" of the Royal Majlis. Using advanced architectural visualization techniques, we modeled the space down to the texture of the fabrics and the reflection of the marble. This allowed the protocol team to virtually "walk through" the venue, testing sightlines, security logistics, and aesthetic harmony, ensuring the environment was perfectly suited for the Nation's leaders.
When the guest list includes the Royal Family, design becomes a matter of state protocol.
For this prestigious commission, DOVA Digital was tasked with visualizing the most exclusive space of the event: the Royal Majlis. This wasn't just interior design; it was an exercise in cultural respect and institutional power.
We focused on "Digital Materiality", ensuring that the gold accents, traditional carpets, and formal seating arrangements looked indistinguishable from reality. Our 3D renders served as the definitive blueprint for the fit-out contractors, bridging the gap between concept and execution. The result was a serene, commanding environment that honored the traditions of the UAE while reflecting the modern vision of the Zayed Military University.
